Shipping

We only ship our goods via DHL / German Post. Depending upon amount and delivery address there will be different shipping fees which will be shown during checkout process.

Within Germany we offer free shipping for orders over €20.00; for orders under €20.00 we charge shipping costs of €2.55.

Shipping with tracking information within Germany we only offer at orders over €20.00.

Unfortunately, we cannot currently offer free shipping for deliveries outside of Germany due to the large number of different shipping costs.

Shipping within the European Union and to Iceland:

Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic and Hungary: Shipping as a DHL package up to 2 kg for €14.49

Iceland: Shipping as a DHL package up to 2 kg for €14.49

Zypern: Shipping as a DHL package up to 2 kg for €14.49 (Shipping can take more than 26 days!)

Shipping to the United Kingdom & Northern Ireland and to Switzerland:

United Kingdom & Northern Ireland, Switzerland: Shipping as a DHL package up to 5 kg for €26.99

Shipping to Liechtenstein, Norge / Norway and Türkiye / Turkey:

Liechtenstein, Norge / Norway and Türkiye / Turkey: Shipping as a DHL package up to 5 kg for €29.99

Shipping outside the EU/EEA:

Argentina: Shipping as a DHL package up to 5 kg for €47.99 (delivery time more than 28 days!)

Brazil, Chile, Costa Rica: Shipping as a DHL package up to 5 kg for €47.99

United States of America: Shipping as a DHL package up to 5 kg for €47.99

Venezuela: Shipping as a DHL package up to 5 kg for €47.99

People's Republic of China: Shipping as a DHL package up to 5 kg for €47.99

For logistical reasons, we currently do not ship to countries not included in the list.

We are registered with the central packaging register (ZSVR / LUCID) and have a contract for system participation in the Dual System Germany with Der Grüne Punkt - Duales System Deutschland GmbH.

Unless otherwise noted in the ordering process, we offer payment in advance or the payment methods credit and debit card, Apple Pay, Klarna Sofortüberweisung, PayPal, Przelewy24, Giropay, EPS, bank transfer, Bancontact or iDEAL via our payment service provider Mollie.
